What is the difference between these two laptop screen resolution and type?

What's the difference between a 15.4" WXGA (1200 x 800) "Glossy" LCD and a 15.4" WSXGA+ (1680 x 1050) Glossy LCD, like whats the pros and cons or 1 of them just plain better then the other.
I don't know much about screen resolutions and stuff so if you could help me out it would be great

The higher the resolution, the more pixels it has. 1680x1050 means that there are 1680 horizontal pixels and 1050 vertical pixels. On a 15.4 inch screen, you won't notice the difference, to be honest.
Glossy- just a glossy display, it shines, which is bad in sunlight.
WXGA- Useless marketing crap to get your money. If you can save 100+ dollars on the 15.4" WXGA (1200 x 800) "Glossy" LCD laptop, do so, because the difference is not worth that money.

I have a question about my laptop charger?

I have an IBM laptop, and just today, I plugged in my charger/adapter, and it didn't work. I got it used a few months back from a guy who owns a computer store. I didn't buy it from him, I traded some items for it. It's worked fine since then.

Battery Toshiba Satellite

I have a Toshiba Satellite computer that is broken. What can I use the Battery in?

My Satellite Toshiba L25 laptop will not charge the battery. I bought a new battery and it still will not charge it. I am told that the laptop needs a new mother board by a repairman. Are there any other possibilities? Would I be better off to look on ebay for another Toshiba Satellite Laptop and if so, which models of the Toshiba laptops will use the battery from my Satellite L25.?

Have you checked the power supply to make sure its giving out voltage? You can go to Toshibas or a laptop battery companys website and look up the battery you just bought. It will show you what laptops that battery will work with. If you buy a laptop identical to the laptop you have on Ebay, with the same board and chipsets you should be able to pull the hard drive out of it and just slip yours in and you'll be running right off the bat without reinstalling everything. You would also have your old laptop and the hard drive you took out of your Ebay purchase as parts. If you've upgraded your laptop beyond the one you buy on Ebay you can put the upgrades onto you new purchase and even put your ram it in too if you have available slots for it.
