Where can I find harddrives for Apple Macbook?

I have an old white Apple MacBook. I have just recently been experience problems like 'your startup disk is full' and I want to add memory. However, there are alot of different harddrives on the Apple site. Can anyone give me the link to one I would need?

Unfortunately, if you decide to use your external hard drive for this purpose, it can ONLY work for Time Machine. You can't do partitions or anything like that. So if you want to use Time Machine *and* have extra storage, you'll need two external hard drives.

Of course, another option is to try to delete unnecessary files from your Mac. Are you aware of what's on there, and what's taking up so much space?

If you are after a thin laptop then you can't get much thinner than the Apple Macbook Air. It's about the size of a piece of paper (well maybe not quite). This hot laptop is Apple's entry into the ultraportable laptop market. They have entered with a bang as the Macbook Air is really something to talk about.

Take one look at the Macbook Air and you'll fall in love it is. The sleek design immediately draws your attention. Of course there are lighter laptops but they are not as light as the Air.

The laptop comes with an LED backlit display which makes sure that the batteries last longer than if it had a normal LCD display. The screen produces rich colours so is not like some of the cheap screens you can get on laptops.

The Macbook has a full keyboard which is a surprise for an ultraportable laptop. This makes typing a joy though of course it is still not as good as a separate keyboard.

Connectivity may be a problem with the Macbook Air. It doesn't come with a CD drive meaning you won't be able to put your favourite CDs onto your harddrive. Maybe this is so you'll be pursuaded to download all your music from iTunes!

The Macbook Air is a must have. It's sleek design is to die for. The only bad thing about it is the price. It costs around a grand to buy which means you'll have to save up for one! However, there is a way where you can get a Macbook Air for free. All you have to do is simply register for a DVD trial with Blockbuster or a similar service. Then invite a few friends to do the same. This marketing strategy has been covered by reputable news networks such as BBC, CNN and NBC.

What is the best case for my 13" white macbook?

i'm a student and i just got a white macbook. i need a case i can carry it in with a good amount of padding and protection. i also like something slim enough that i might be able to stuff in my bakpack. also, i don't like black and bland. something with a little style so to say. i saw the brenthaven eclipse sleeve and it sound really good the only drawback is it doesn't have a shoulder strap so i don't end up snapping my fingers off if i dont have another bag to carry it in.

Where is the jumper switch to reset the bios password is located on a Dell Latitude D510?

I have bought a dell Latitude D510 but original owner is no where to be found... i called dell but they wont help can anyone help me?

That won't work, there is no jumper on that model, try removing the cmos battery for a couple hours that might clear it, if it doesn't then call Dell again

I'm going on a roadtrip to Georgia from New Jersey and need a way to charge my Macbook in the car. It's just a regular macbook... it's about a year old and is white.

You might be better off looking for a power inverter to handle the power of your Macbook's ac adapter. Then you have something to power other devices in the car as well.

Reading through my first source, they recommend the XPower 175 Micro for devices like laptops and such. It's simple and cheap (cheaper than a new AC adapter would be too).

Why is the apple sign on a Macbook or Macbook Pro covered on many TV shows?

I've noticed that on many TV shows when someone is using a Macbook or Macbook Pro, the apple sign on the laptop is covered, usually with a sticker. Is there some sort of copyright against using Macs on TV? Or is there some other reason?

Simply put, if they show the apple logo in their show, it shows favoritism towards that product, and the logo could be protected by copyright laws. Because of this, they cover it, blur it out, or replace it with a different image to keep the computer on the show.
