is undoubtedly the more memory just to add .... but it depends on the amount of memory already .. because anything above 2 GB is not supported by Windows XP 32-bit or Vista 32 bit .... you need an operating system 64-bit to recognize more than 2GB of memory ..

Headphone jack on my Acer stopped working?

Hey Ya'll ... I have an Acer TravelMate 2480 .... about 2 months after I have the connector headphone stopped working ... when I connect the headphones from the little information bubble comes up and says "a cat is connected "...... but no sound on headphones ... I know the headphones work great .. I do not know what it is not .... anyone kno what can be wrong with it ... and how much would be to fix it?
