Any cameras similar to the "flip" that...?

Okay, so I'm going to Europe this summer and I'd like to get some sort of camcorder to take with me. I need it to be small, as in be able to be carried comfortably in a neoprene sleeve in a small messenger bag. Also, i need good picture and sound quality (especially low light) I've messed around with my friend's Pure Digital Flip, and its amazing. the only problem is, I don't know if i'll be able to afford it. Any cameras similar to the "flip" that cost under $120?

The only thing i hate about it is that you can only charge it via usb (connected sriaght from the camcorder) to a computer/laptop, or a wall charger.
