Better go for 2nd option.

Reasons:

1. Not much difference but still better processor.
2. Hard Drive space: Good amount of space to start with good RPM of Hard Drive
3. If this space falls short, you can anytime go for extra Gigs with an external USB portable HDD for yourself.
