Sony Vaio VGN-SZ120P battery suddenly stopped working...?
Ive had the Sony Vaio VGN-SZ120P laptop since Christmas with no problems. On sunday, my mother borrowed it but never turned it off after she was finished(it was running on battery power..no AC). Of course, it died. A few days later I tried to turn it on, and got a message saying the "battery is not compatible or isn't connected properly" and suggested going into Hibernation mode and remove/replace the battery. No luck. Ive been trying for a few days now to get it working, and nothing has worked. Any ideas? We just bought the battery less than a month ago, so it shouldn't have gone bad. Its almost always plugged into the AC Cable.
Your battery over-heated.
You have to buy a new one.
You can save cheap if you get it from eBay.
