Toshiba is generally accepted at pretty reliable, but the Fujitsu is clearly the better computer based on components only. It has a much larger hard drive, HDMI output, more USB ports, longer battery life, and it is $60 cheaper. However, both laptops are a bit on the heavy side for a laptop.
