Dell Inspiron 6000 notebook is frozen..critical battery..on house current..don't want to lose memory..help.
My son filled up the screen with graphics. I cannot access the tool bar or other tool bars. He was on msm messenger.
try the following: if you can access the Start button, shut down in Hibernate or Standby modus, then start again.
when the computer is in Hibernate modus you have to push the power button to reactivate, if it is in Standby modus moving the mouse is enough to reactivate.
